Cantilever lifts can be used to move loads weighing up to 10,000 kg. Cargo is moved by a lifting device – a gear motor, a winch or an electric hoist. The platform is moved by ropes using the traction force generated by the lifting mechanism.
The dimensions of the platform are selected taking into account the dimensions of the transported goods. Additional interior lining or painting is possible, as well as the use of different models: with an open platform or a closed cage.
ADVANTAGES OF USING CANTILEVER LIFTS
This type of equipment is an alternative to freight elevators. Maintenance and repair of such hoods is cheaper, which allows you to cut costs by optimizing production.
The devices can be installed both in the shaft and on an open site, so the cost of building a support shaft can be avoided.
It is possible to manufacture in a standard design or according to an individual project, taking into account operating factors, complete with a trap system, interlocking, automation system.

TYPES OF LIFTS
The equipment is used to lift loads to the required height, as well as for construction and repair work. The following types of cantilever lifting devices are distinguished based on their design, purpose, and characteristics:
– Mast. Depending on the number of support masts, they can be single-, double- or triple-masted. They consist of a loading platform, a mast, a drive mechanism and a control system. As a rule, such a lift is mounted on a metal or reinforced concrete base. Single-mast lifts are mobile, inexpensive, and often used by small companies and individual entrepreneurs. This is in contrast to two- and three-masted devices, which have increased stability and load capacity.
– Telfer mine. They are installed in an existing or new shaft. The equipment can be installed inside or outside the building. This is a temporary solution for transporting materials during construction work. They can be used in warehouses and stores all the time.
– Mine mini-lifts. They have a small load capacity (up to 200 kg), are used to deliver goods from the back rooms to the sales floor, and are suitable for moving goods to the upper shelves in warehouses.
