The mechanical stationary hinged or sliding bridge is installed on a concrete ramp opposite the warehouse gate and serves as a cuspension between the floor level and the freight transport, providing direct access of trucks to the body. The fixed or sliding hinged bridge consists of a platform reinforced with stiffeners, a ramp, a spring compensator system and a lifting arm. The platform is connected to the base plate by means of swivel joints. The hinges are hinges with holes for applying grease. Fences are installed on the sides of the platform.

The design of the sliding guide (axle displacement relative to the truck body) is provided by bearings that slide in a system of open profiles located in the rear of the axle.

The axle lowering and lifting system is controlled by expansion joints with tensile springs. The bridge can be easily raised and lowered using a handle attached to the side of the structure. A mechanical lock is used to prevent unauthorized lowering.
