Container tilter is a complex for staffing bulk cargo (seeds, fertilizers, granules, capsules) into both 20 and 40-foot containers.
The complex consists of a robust and reliable support frame and a tilting platform that can operate in harsh industrial and all-weather conditions and withstand shock loads. The platform is equipped with a container locking system, a hydraulic platform tipping system, a ladder and a platform for inspecting the loaded cargo and closing the doors after loading before the container is lowered.

1. Containers can be loaded from the top with the possibility of positioning the container at different angles from 30° to 90°.

2. The container is loaded and removed from the tipper either directly from the container ship’s semitrailer or by a forklift or crane.
3. The time for loading the container to the maximum capacity is 8-15 minutes.
4. Remote control of the container loader is carried out by one operator from a manual or remote control panel, which makes the loading process safe.
5. The digital weighing system with digital display of the results allows you to control the weight of the cargo both during loading and afterwards.
6. The presence of a mobile travel drive makes it possible to quickly move the tipper complex from one work site to another.
7. Availability of a platform for inspection of the downloaded material.
8. Equipped with a hydraulic system for closing container doors after loading, it saves time and ensures safety for personnel.
