Description
The mechanical dock leveler is mounted on/in a continuous ramp opposite the gate or in the warehouse gate and serves as a bridge between the warehouse floor and trucks, providing direct access to the vehicle body. Used for loading and unloading with a forklift truck.
It is a mechanical device with a movable upper part, consisting of a base (frame) and a folding two-sectional arm. The arm is attached to the base through a hinged joint. A pneumatic system installed under the ramp makes it easier to move. Lifting and lowering is carried out using the handle.
The ramp is made of corrugated metal and reinforcing ribs formed in the form of an open profile welded to the bottom. The hinged connection between the arm and the base is made of durable metal.
The product is painted with two-component enamel on a pre-primed surface.
When ordering a product, you can choose one of the following color options: Black (RAL 9005), Red (RAL 3000), Blue (RAL 5005).
