The mobile hydraulic ramp is a mobile hydraulic structure. It is used in warehouses and loading docks for loading/unloading semi-trailers, containers, and railcars. The mobile ramp serves as a bridge between the ground level and the truck, providing direct access to the forklift to the body.
The hydraulic ramp consists of two side bearing profiles, a supporting frame, an entrance, a ramp, and wheels.
In the central part of the structure, a hydraulic group is installed at the bottom, which ensures the ramp is raised and lowered. The structure of the support frame is made of all-welded transverse and longitudinal profiles and is connected to the side load-bearing profiles in such a way that the upper part of the side profiles serves as a protective fence.
The hydraulic group consists of a hand pump and two hydraulic cylinders connected by high-pressure hoses. The oil pump consists of a plunger pump with a tank and a check valve for liquid outflow and is mounted on one of the support beams. Cylinders with one-way action, returning to their original position under the influence of their own weight.
To move the hydraulic ramp, a transport unit with a screw clamp (for one forklift fork) is pivotally mounted on the side support beam. On both sides of the support beams in front of the ramp are safety chains for fixing during work.
The product is painted with two-component enamel on a pre-primed surface.
