Stationary loading ramp РММ-2-23-40-6 without drive-in

It is used in warehouses and loading docks with a concrete ramp for simultaneous handling of several trucks. A standard stationary loading ramp is capable of handling 2 (two) vehicles at a time. Increasing the number of transshipment places is achieved by adding an additional platform. The stationary loading ramp consists of two horizontal parts. The structure consists of side load-bearing beams, a frame, a guardrail, connecting plates, aprons (bridges) and lifting devices. A connecting plate is used to connect the horizontal parts. The structure of the support frame is made of all-welded steel and rigidly connected to the side beams. The deck is made of welded grating. The aprons are made of corrugated steel sheet and channel. Telescopic jacking systems are installed on the overpass’s load-bearing beams to lift and lower the overpass. The product is painted with two-component enamel on a pre-primed surface.
