Description
It is used in warehouses and loading docks without a concrete ramp for simultaneous handling of several trucks. A standard stationary loading ramp is capable of handling 3 (three) vehicles at a time. Increasing the number of transshipment places is achieved by adding an additional platform. The stationary loading ramp consists of inclined and horizontal parts. The structure consists of side load-bearing beams, frame, guardrail, connecting plates, aprons (bridges), leveling platform and lifting devices. A connecting plate is used to connect the horizontal parts. The structure of the support frame is made of all-welded steel and rigidly connected to the side beams. The flooring of the entrance and connecting plates is made of corrugated steel sheet. The aprons are made of corrugated steel sheet and channel. The roadway deck is made of welded lattice flooring. Telescopic jacking systems are installed on the overpass’s load-bearing beams to lift and lower the overpass. The product is painted with two-component enamel on a pre-primed surface.
