Stationary loading ramp РММ-31-40-6 with drive-in

It is used in warehouses and loading docks without a concrete ramp for unloading container ships. A standard stationary loading ramp is capable of handling 1 (one) vehicle at a time. Increasing the number of transshipment places is achieved by adding an additional platform. The stationary loading ramp consists of an inclined and a horizontal part. The structure consists of side load-bearing beams, a frame, a guardrail, ramps (bridges) and lifting devices. The structure of the support frame is made of all-welded steel and rigidly connected to the side beams. The deck of the inclined part is made of welded grating. The flooring of the horizontal part is made of corrugated steel sheet. The aprons are made of corrugated steel sheet and channel. Telescopic jacking systems are installed on the overpass’s load-bearing beams to lift and lower the overpass. The product is painted with two-component enamel on a pre-primed surface.
